Here is a checklist of the things to think about before your complimentary consultation:

  • Are you having a formal, casual or theme ceremony?
  • How much is your floral budget?
  • What are your wedding colors? (If you have swatches of the bridesmaids. gowns or ribbon samples please bring them.)
  • What style of bridal bouquet would you like? (If you have photos or magazine clippings please bring them.)
  • How many attendants are you going to have, and what style of bouquets and boutonnieres would you like them to have?
  • How many corsages and boutonnieres are you going to need for special guests (e.g. Parents, Grandparents, a Special Aunt)
  • Do you want the flower girl to throw petals, carry a kissing ball and/or have flowers for her hair?
  • Do you want the ring bearer to have a boutonniere? Would you like flowers for the ring pillow?
  • For the Ceremony, would you like anything on the guest book table, altar, pews, candelabras, or kneeling bench?
  • Are you having a unity candle?
  • Are you having an arbor?
  • What type of centerpieces are you having at the reception?
  • Would you like something special for the head table, buffet table or stage?
  • Do you need a cake topper or cake table flowers?
  • What other decorations are needed for the reception?
  • Is there anything else that you have in mind?
